A very special collaboration between BLUNT and Forest & Bird, these visually stunning umbrellas are in celebration of a very significant anniversary here at Forest & Bird - 100 years of conservation mahi.
The two designs by Kiwi artists Erin Forsyth and Rachel Walker, one to represent the forest and the other our native birds, aim to raise awareness of Forest & Bird, our centenary and the importance of conservation work in Aotearoa.
BLUNT x Forest & Bird - Erin Forsyth: This forest-inspired, limited edition canopy celebrates Forest & Bird's centennial with a burst of flora and fauna. Winged species including tauhou silver eye, kahukura red admiral butterfly and pūriri moth, dance among native plants in this beautiful design, created by artist and illustrator Erin Forsyth. A reminder of the richness and magic to be found in ngahere forests across Aotearoa.
BLUNT x Forest & Bird - Rachel Walker: The kea and kākā adorn the canopy of this limited edition, bird-inspired umbrella. Created by artist Rachel Walker in her stunning watercolour medium, this design captures the beauty of these native parrots in flight. A showcase of the colour, texture, and movement of these charismatic cousins.
